The purpose of this course is to equip you, the learner with the necessary skills required to operate a POS and provide excellent customer service in any business environment. The skills will allow you to prepare your floats and POS, record transactions, handle cash, receive and reconcile cash transactions, and determine cash float requirements within your area of work, provide customer service, pack customer parcels safely and correctly, maintain general POS security and maintenance and perform all
administrative requirements linked to operating a POS and processing transactions.
