The course is designed to provide learners with a comprehensive perspective on planning and controlling a project within an organization. The course focuses on the formulation of a project as well as the execution of the project from Initial phase to Closure phase. Provide the learners with Introduction to Project Management, concepts, principles, tools and techniques. It intends to equip delegates with Project Planning and Management best practices. At the end of the course learners would be expected to effectively participate in the development and formulation of a project plan, and measure and assess project progress.
